WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Late October, a time of the late harvest, is also a time of the most luminous, radiant light of the year. The play of light on the changing colors of the leaves, the candlelight flickering in carved pumpkins, the hearth fires crackling, all remind us of the capacity each of us has to shine a light on the deepest aspects of our being. The asana practice will be a potpourri of poses to invite you into standing in your light, while finding courage to stand in the dark, deep, rich mystery of your essential being.
