I had all intentions of replacing the kitchen faucet today. Last night I bought a new one, and this morning I cleaned the kitchen, took everything out from under the sink, and got my tools, safety glasses and droplight. I got underneath the sink and realized I have only ever changed out the stems. I know how this is accomplished, but I didn’t swap out the faucet last time. Because I can’t do it as well, I had hired a plumber.
So I have called a plumber.
To let understanding stop at what cannot be understood is a high attainment. Those who cannot do it will be destroyed on the lathe of heaven.

I’m switching to paint and caulk, then.
