WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Spring into Spring with an afternoon of Anusara.

On the weekend after the Vernal Equinox, we come together to to celebrate that Spring is officially here! The desire to Spring clean invites us to slough off the heaviness of winter, and find our heart and body’s lightness with poses like arm balances. Celebrate the joy of the presence of warmth, blossoms and chirping birds in heart-opening backbends. Root into the grounding energy of the fertile, spring soil with earthy hip openers. Spring celebration is happening at Majestic Yoga! Come join us!
