Ayurveda Heals posted this to Facebook today. This reminds me that Tolstoy would be a good source to consult when thinking about social change. Gandhi reports that Tolstoy’s book The Kingdom of God is Within You (1894) was influential to his own thinking about sarvodaya, “uplift of all.” But I had not forgotten this means that Tolstoy might also enlighten on the connection between social and personal change.
